This process isn’t about self-improvement or overwhelming you with information. You already know yourself, but you’ve spent years overriding, dismissing, and abandoning your inner wisdom. Let’s remove the interference.

My coaching methodology is based on the methodology in The Six Tenets of Being Yourself, which helps women:

  • Build awareness of the behaviors or beliefs through self-observation
  • Understand the truth behind the excuses and explanations they’ve used to justify things
  • Learn the concept of self-authorization
  • Develop self-trust
  • Integrate your identity

Hilary understands the pressure of motherhood

...with work and being a spouse or partner and having to juggle it all and wanting to rip your hair out.”

Are any of these thoughts flowing through your mind?

I’m not worth it.
I shouldn’t spend money on myself.
I’m not good enough.
I’m afraid I’ll be forced to make difficult changes.
I’m afraid the self-reflection will be too challenging.
I’m too embarrassed.
If you’re thinking any of these, you’re not alone..

faq

Why should I work with a coach?

A coach can help you:

  • See the patterns you can’t see on your own.
  • Interrupt automatic behaviors before they become choices.
  • Challenge beliefs that have quietly become “truth.”
  • Stay accountable when change becomes uncomfortable.
  • Build confidence through consistent action rather than fleeting motivation.
  • Reach transformation faster than trial and error.

The greatest value of coaching isn’t information.

It’s a new perspective.

Coaching can’t make your decisions for you.

It can’t tell you what your life should look like.

But it can help you understand why you’ve felt so disconnected from yourself, uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck, and give you the support and accountability to start trusting your own voice again.

Sometimes it’s not the right fit, and sometimes it’s not the right time. But the right fit at the right time can be utterly life-changing. If you feel you need help now, reach out to do a 30-minute call. We can see if we’re a good fit—and I’ll give you a solid sense of what to expect, so there are no surprises.

There’s no preparation necessary, but I do recommend entering into coaching with curiosity and consistency, an openness to learning, and courageously trusting the process.

Yes! Monday through Friday support via WhatsApp. You can message me and expect a response within a few hours, on EST.

Coaching assumes you’re ready to focus on where you are today, where you want to go, and how to bridge that gap through awareness, intentional choices, and consistent action.

Therapy often helps you understand, process, and heal emotional wounds, mental health concerns, or the impact of past experiences.

My coaching is designed for women ready to reconnect with themselves in the present. Together, we’ll identify the patterns of self-abandonment that are still shaping your daily life and practice new ways of responding so that self-trust becomes something you live—not just something you understand.

Finally, coaching should not be considered a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.

My goal isn’t to help you become someone who never struggles. My goal is to help you become someone who no longer abandons herself when she does.

By the end of our work together, I want you to trust yourself more than you seek approval, choose yourself without guilt, and know how to return to yourself whenever life pulls you away. Because real transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about always knowing the way back home.

Every woman’s journey is different, so I can’t promise a specific timeline. What I can tell you is that many women experience an important shift early on: they stop seeing themselves as broken and begin understanding the patterns that have kept them disconnected from themselves. From there, lasting transformation comes through practicing new choices, building self-trust, and returning to themselves again and again. My goal isn’t to help you feel better temporarily—it’s to help you build a relationship with yourself that continues to grow long after our work together ends.
